ABOUT OUR CAUSE:


A leader in the community for 40 years, PATH is one of the largest homeless service providers and affordable housing developers in California, committed to ending homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. PATH provides housing and homeless services in over 150 cities across the state, with over 70 locations. PATH services consist of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment assistance, housing navigation, and placement, veteran services, interim, and supportive housing.

PATH began operating in San Diego in 2013 with the opening of Connections Housing, an integrated service and residential community in Downtown. PATH San Diego provides interim and affordable housing and critical services countywide, including over two dozen programs and seven supportive housing sites.

$50 Provides essential care items for someone experiencing homelessness, which includes soap, hand sanitizer, toothbrush and toothpaste, and other essential items.

$100 Enables transportation assistance, ensuring that individuals have access to medical appointments, job interviews, and more.

$250 Supports essential case management services, providing personalized guidance and support to help individuals secure housing and accessing necessary resources.

$500 Provides groceries for a month, ensuring that individuals and families are food secure and promoting overall well-being.

$1,000 Furnishes a home for someone transitioning out of homelessness, providing comfort and stability with essential furniture and household items.

$2,500 Provides food for a year to a person in interim housing, ensuring that they have regular access to nourishing meals.

$5,000 Moves someone home into permanent housing by covering the costs associated with security deposits, utility setup fees, and other expenses that can be barriers to housing.
